Legal intake for independent law firms

Every call answered, every inquiry booked. Legal intake on a system your firm owns.

People find you on Google, read the reviews, and then have nowhere to go, or call and reach voicemail. In seven days you have a site on your own domain, a listing that points to it, and every missed call texted back within a minute. When that is working, an after-hours receptionist takes intake and books the consult. We keep working until new inquiries are coming through.

Who this is for

Four ways we find a firm.

Independent firms of one to five lawyers, with real reviews on Google and one of these four problems in front of them.

01

No website

The listing has years of reviews and the website field is empty. People read the reviews, look for somewhere to go, and call whoever came up next.

02

Site down, or the domain about to lapse

The domain expired or is weeks from it. Search engines and directories keep sending people to a page that no longer loads, sometimes for years.

The two-minute check
03

A site Google does not know about

There is a site, but the listing does not point to it. About a quarter of the firms we look at are in this position, and the fix takes ten minutes.

The ten-minute fix
04

Paying for clicks that land nowhere

The ads run and the clicks cost, and the page they land on is slow on a phone. The spend is real and the inquiries are not.

The Seven-Day Site

A law firm website in seven days, on your own domain.

We build the first version before we ever speak, to show you what we mean. The call is where it becomes yours.

We build for five firms at a time.

  1. Your site live on your own domain in seven days, with one page for each practice area, written for the searches people actually make in your city.
  2. Two approvals from you. Everything else is done for you.
  3. Your Google Business Profile claimed, fixed and linked to the site: categories, hours, services, photos.
  4. Your name, address and phone made consistent across the directories that feed Google.
  5. A review link, and the one-line script your staff use after every matter.
  6. Every call and form tracked, so we can show you what the site produced.
  7. Ninety days of edits.
  8. You own the domain, the site, the number and every account. Always.
The week, day by day
  1. Day 0The callFifteen minutes. You say yes, and the build is paid for.
  2. Day 1Listing fixedYou see the change on Google tomorrow.
  3. Day 3First approvalThe pages, drafted. Fifteen minutes to read.
  4. Day 6Second approvalYour edits made. A yes.
  5. Day 7LiveYour domain. Text-back switched on.
The guarantee

Once it is set up, we keep working until it does what we said.

The build is paid for once, at kickoff. From day seven the work on the listing, the pages and the follow-up continues at no extra charge until new inquiries are coming through the site. You judge when it is working.

The system

Missed-call text-back, booked consults, and one page a week.

Five things, in order. Each one runs on its own, and you see all of them on one page a week.

You focus on the person across the desk.
We take care of the next inquiry.

Your firm on the map for your practice area, and a page for each thing you do.

Someone searches for your practice area in your part of the city, sees your listing and your reviews, and lands on a page written for that exact problem.

    Answered

A text on your phone within a minute of a missed call, with what the caller needs.

A missed call gets a text within a minute. After hours, an AI receptionist takes the caller’s details, asks the intake questions you approved and books a time. Nothing in the system gives legal advice, and a person reviews every new inquiry before anything is promised.

  3. 03

    Booked

The consult on your calendar before you have called back.

Every inquiry lands in one place, with a consult on your calendar and a note on your phone. Unanswered leads are followed up for two weeks, then closed. Consults are confirmed, reminded, and re-booked when missed.

  4. 04

    Reviewed

New reviews arriving, each one answered, the best ones on your site.

After a consult or a closed matter, one message with your review link. Anything unhappy comes to you first, not to Google. Every review gets an answer.

What the system never does

Service, software, or system

A legal intake service answers for you. This is intake your firm owns.

Most firms looking for legal intake services are choosing between a call center and a piece of software. There is a third option, and the differences are practical rather than technical.

After the site

Four rungs. Each one only when the one below it is working.

The site is the first rung. What follows is month to month, added in this order, and never sold before the earlier step has earned it.

  1. 01

    The Seven-Day Site

    The site, above

You are findable, and the inquiries you already earn have somewhere to land.

The site, the listing, the review link, the tracking. Everything above. One-time.

  2. 02

    Kept

The reviews keep coming and the listing never drifts.

Hosting and edits. A review request after every matter, a reply to every review, and the best ones shown on the site. Missed-call text-back kept on. Your details kept consistent everywhere Google reads them.

No inquiry goes unanswered, and consults land on your calendar without you touching it.

An instant text and email to every new inquiry, with you notified and an escalation if nobody answers within ten minutes. An after-hours receptionist that takes intake details and books consults. Confirmations, reminders and no-show recovery. A two-week follow-up for leads that go quiet. Questionnaire, conflict check, fee agreement for signature, welcome. One inbox for texts, emails, web chat and listing messages.

  4. 04

    Found

More of the right searches end on you.

A new practice-area page and a listing update every week. Local Services Ads once the inquiries you already get are being answered, then search ads at a fixed budget. A one-page report every month.

What it looks like

A demonstration, built the way yours would be.

This one is for a firm that does not exist, so that nobody’s name is on this page without their say-so. Every real firm we approach sees its own version first, built from its public listing and bar record, marked as a demonstration and kept out of search.

Questions lawyers ask first
Is this a legal intake service, like an answering service?
No, and it is not a seat on someone else’s intake software either. A service answers for you and bills by the call; you rent the outcome. This is built for the firm, on the firm’s number, with the firm’s questions, and it is yours when the build is done.
Does the receptionist give legal advice or accept a matter?
No. It takes the caller’s details, asks the intake questions you approved and books a time. Conflicts, acceptance and advice stay with a lawyer, and a person reviews every new inquiry before anything is promised.
Can I hear the receptionist and see the text-back before I decide?
Yes. The fifteen-minute call starts with your demonstration site. Ask, and we run the missed-call text-back against your own phone while we talk, so you see the text arrive and read what it says.
Who owns the domain and the phone number?
You do, from the first day. Every account is opened in the firm’s name. If we part ways, nothing needs migrating and nothing is held.
Do I have to change my number?
No. Your existing number stays on everything. The tracking sits behind it, not in front of it.
Is this compliant with my state bar’s rules?
We apply your state’s lawyer advertising rules to every page and every automated message, and you approve each one before it goes anywhere. Nothing claims results, nothing gives advice, and disclaimers are where your state expects them. Hassaan practiced law before he built systems; the rules are read, not guessed.
Can I stop?
Yes. The site is a one-time build. Everything after it is month to month. Stop, and you keep the site, the domain, the number and the data.
Do you run ads?
Only after the inquiries you already receive are being answered and followed up. Ads onto an unanswered phone are the most expensive mistake in this business.
Is this your own software or a platform I am renting?
It is built and run by us on components we choose. You are not renting a seat on someone else’s platform, and there is no license that leaves with us.

Fifteen minutes is enough to know.

Bring nothing. We will look at your listing together, show you the demonstration site, and tell you plainly whether this will work for your practice.
